Why are there no prices on the website?
Rates change with the dollar and import costs, and the wholesale rate depends on quantity. Send your list and we will quote today's rate for your exact quantity on WhatsApp.
What warranty do you give?
New items come with the manufacturer's warranty: 1 year on new laptops, and 3 to 6 months on headsets depending on the brand. Refurbished laptops come with a 1-month warranty, after which our Laptop Care Plan covers them: Rs 250 per laptop per month, and for one year we repair any fault, or replace the laptop if it cannot be repaired.
Do you repair equipment at our office?
Yes. Our technician comes to your office in Karachi. The visit is free for items under our warranty or Care Plan. Equipment of any other brand is repaired for a fixed visit fee plus parts, told to you before the work starts.
Can we pay in installments?
Yes. You can pay in 12 monthly installments. The total installment price is the cash price plus 50%, and the exact amount is written in your quotation.
Do you sell new or refurbished laptops?
Both. Every laptop and PC is clearly labelled as New or Refurbished in your quotation, so you always know what you are buying.
